Carletha Frazier embarked on her real estate journey in 2004, establishing herself as a licensed real estate broker in two states. With an extensive background and wealth of experience, she has successfully managed apartment communities with over 300 units. Carletha's entrepreneurial spirit led her to own and operate a thriving property management company, catering to a diverse range of investment properties, from single-family homes to condos and duplexes.

Beyond her expertise in property management, Carletha is dedicated to assisting a wide spectrum of clients. From guiding first-time homebuyers, military buyers, and those interested in new construction to aiding individuals in transitioning their lifestyles by moving up or downsizing, she offers comprehensive support. Carletha is also a valuable resource for investors, helping them locate, purchase, and sell properties. In addition to her remarkable real estate career, Carletha extended her influence by mentoring and coaching business professionals and entrepreneurs starting in 2011. Currently, she held the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Beaufort County and serves as a board member for Heroes of the Lowcountry.
